四季教育2019财年第三季度总收入约为人民币9,120万元（1,310万美元），同比增长4.5%；毛利润约为人民币4,810万元（690万美元），同比下降15.7%；净利润约为人民币270万元（40万美元），同比下降74.8%；调整后的净利润率为15.0%。2019财年第三季度学生报名人次为45,857人，同比下降8.7%，主要由于公司依据国务院办公厅关于规范校外培训机构发展的意见文件，调整报名收费安排，以符合预付款覆盖不超过三个月课程的政策要求。截至2018年11月30日，学习中心数量达到56个，去年同期为33个。
“在2019财年第三季度，我们持续调整运营以适应新的监管要求，同时稳步开展我们的发展策略，寻求高质量的增长。”四季教育董事长兼首席执行官田培庆先生表示。“随着我们不断扩充课程覆盖范围至整个K12年龄组，在多种科目和课题领域提供更多备受欢迎的课程，我们的招生报名也在课程和年龄段方面更加多元化。除了旨在提高学生学习成绩的课程外，我们还举办了一系列以兴趣为导向的班课和活动，以提高学生的参与度。基于我们强大的数学教学能力和资源，我们的桥牌、数独和魔方等益智游戏的特色课程获得了极大的欢迎。目前我们在十个四季教育校区教授桥牌课程，并在2018年和2019年为全国性活动组建了四季教育桥牌集训队。近期，我们的团队在桥牌和数独活动中也取得了优异的成绩。我们计划举办更多此类充满活力富有乐趣的课程和活动，以提高学生的逻辑思维能力和促进智力发展。
为了适应新的监管要求，我们相应地调整了招生和授课安排，以符合预付款覆盖不超过三个月课程的政策要求。正如我们预期的，这一项运营调整导致本季度总报名人次同比下降。但是我们认为该调整不会影响整体的需求。此外，我们一直在优化学习中心网络，并进行审慎的扩张。本季度我们分别在上海和重庆各增设了一个校区。同时，为了更好的满足相关要求并为学生提供焕然一新的学习环境，我们将上海的三个校区搬迁到了新的地址。
