四季教育2020财年第一季度总收入约为人民币8,560万元（1,240万美元），同比下降0.8%；毛利润约为人民币3,940万元（570万美元）,同比下降18.3%，环比增长110.3%；运营亏损约为人民币210万元(30万美元)。公司本季度重新实现盈利，净利润约为人民币420万元（60万美元）。2020财年第一季度学生报名人次为69,100人，同比上涨53.2%，主要得益于公司的课程多样化进展、根据新政策的报名安排调整，以及校区网络的扩张。截至2019年5月31日，四季教育共拥有52个校区。
