2020财年第四季度公司总收入约为人民币7,110万元（1,020万美元），同比增长9.8%；毛利润约为人民币2,480万元（350万美元）,同比增长32.4%；净亏损约为人民币1.454亿元（2,080万美元）;调整后净亏损约为人民币470万元（70万美元）。2020财年第四季度学生报名人次为24,006人，主要受到2020年春节提前导致大部分冬季报名在第三季度发生，以及新冠肺炎疫情影响。截至2020年2月29日，四季教育共拥有53个校区。
 
2020财年全年总收入约为人民币3.890亿元（5,570万美元），同比上涨15.9%；毛利润约为人民币1.881亿元（2,690万美元），同比上涨14.8%；净亏损约为人民币1.096亿元（1,570万美元）；调整后净利润为人民币4,790万元（680万美元），同比上涨32.5%。2020财年全年学生报名人次为200,177人，同比上涨26.9%。

“财务方面，与去年第四季度相比，我们实现了毛利润同比增长32.4％，毛利率同比增长595个基点达到34.9％。此外，我们继续推进成本控制和运营优化，我们在2020全财年实现了15.9％的营收增长，实现了我们业务的健康发展。”
